[ Despite any lingering pain, Kotetsu is out wandering around, trying his best to find any missing persons. That's when he comes upon Rex standing there, staring at the ship ruins. ]

[ Rex kind of...vanished, as soon as the barrier disappeared. He didn't have his first aid kit on him, and he doesn't really know how to perform it anyway, so he wasn't going to be of any use. He just. Needed to get away.

Which is why he went wandering around town aimlessly until he accidentally runs into Kotetsu in the solar, only slightly less dying than before. And all of a sudden, he can't help but stomp over to him. ]

[ Rex is standing off to the side on his own outside the castle, lion's mane and mask and formalwear and all. He stares at it, and the landscape around, like there's some kind of secret to be gleaned from it all. ]
